What we do
NETserv is a regional telecommunications operator. We build and run fibre lines and landline telephony in the towns we already reach, and we would rather cover a short list of neighbourhoods properly than claim a map we cannot service.
How we work
Coverage is checked by street address before anything is promised. A technician runs the drop, tests the line in front of the customer and leaves the reading written down. Faults are logged against the account, so the next technician reads the history instead of starting over.
