The pages here describe our coverage and our plans. They are not the contract; the contract is what was agreed when the order was taken, at the address it was taken for.

Coverage changes

A neighbourhood listed here is a neighbourhood we build in, not a guarantee that every address inside it is live today. Serviceability is confirmed per address before an order is accepted, and that confirmation is the answer that counts.

Figures

Speeds are the provisioned rate of the plan. Anything a subscriber measures depends on their own equipment, their wiring and what else is using the line at that moment.

Third parties

Where a plan includes a service operated by another company, that service is governed by that company's own terms. We are not the author of them and cannot vary them.

Some pages on this site are advertising. Where a page is an advertisement it is an advertisement and not a news report, and any person pictured is a model.
